ONE store was born by consolidating the app stores of the three biggest telcos (SK Telecom, KT and LG Uplus) and the biggest internet company (Naver) in Korea. To achieve universal availability on mobile devices, the storefront is preinstalled on every Android handset provided by all three major local telecoms and reaches more than 90% of Korea’s mobile users.
Through ONE store, your game is able to connect with 49M users and 200K monthly paying gamers including high ARPPU ($200/month). Developers will get 80% of the in-app purchase revenue share by default, and we allow any 3rd-party payment method to developers.
ONE store uses various discount schemes (telecom membership discount, daily coupons, etc.) to encourage users to enjoy games and provides almost all types of local payment methods, including Culture Cash and OK Cashbag.
ONE store occupies 40% market share of the top 100 game titles selling among major markets in Korea, on average. Also, by selling on ONE store, 20% to 27% of incremental revenue and profit can be generated respectively.

How many users does ONE store have?
In ONE store, there are 47M users and 17M monthly active users with 2M paying users per year in the game category. The number of users includes high ARPPU gamers who spend an average of $200 ARPPU/month.
What revenue share terms does ONE store offer?
Developers get 80% of the revenue generated from in-app purchases or premium game sales.
What kind of devices can ONE store client support?
Over 165 types of Android devices in Korea support ONE store client. That means we cover almost all the Android devices that are officially released by Korean operators. You can find a full list of supported devices under “Apps > Register App > New APK”.
How do I get paid?
International sellers need to submit a payment request. You can request payment when the total cumulative amount is more than 100,000 KRW; the form is available from the 15th to the 25th of the month following the month for which payment is being requested. Sales are calculated monthly starting the 1st of the month, and amounts are finalized by the 15th day of following month. You can find more details about payments here.
Do I need a Korean bank account to get paid?
For overseas developers, a Korean bank account is not necessary. However, after verifying the new bank account, you are required to send a copy of the bank account statement and your ONE store Developer Center ID to devhelper@onestore.co.kr. When the cumulative amount is over 100,000 KRW, we issue an invoice that is available for you to view from the15th to 25th of the month. When we confirm that you requested payment, the payment is made at the end of the given month.
What currency am I paid in?
Currently, only South Korean won (KRW) is supported.
How does your rating system work?
The developer should provide a game age rating for each game using the simple automated survey provided by ONE store. If the game is rated as Adult, additional approval from the GRAC (Game Rating and Administration Committee) is necessary. The automated game age rating service will be available from June 28, 2019.

Does ONE store support premium (pay to download) games?
Yes.
Can I submit multiple APKs per game?
No, not at this stage.
Does ONE store accept games with OBB files?
Technically, no, but UDP takes care of it. Upload your OBB files to the UDP console, and UDP repacks them into the final APK so that ONE store receives a single APK.
Do I have to set IAP prices in KRW?
No, you do not need to set prices in KRW. UDP will convert prices to local store currency automatically. The last digit of the converted price will be rounded up (e.g.), 12345 won will be 12350 won).
What kind of games does ONE store accept?
Generally, there is no restriction. However, Adult only games must be rated by the South Korean government. Please check with the Game Rating & Administration Committee (GRAC) for more details.
What data privacy law does ONE store follow?
According to the Personal Information Protection Act of South Korea, users need to agree to the collection, purpose and retention period of their personal information.
What are ONE store’s game metadata requirements?

Does ONE store support device whitelists or blacklists?
It depends on the game developer’s requirements based on runtime environments. Also, some devices will not be supportable. You can check supported devices when you register your game on ONE store.
What is ONE store’s policy regarding piracy and intellectual property rights infringement?
The Terms of Services of the ONE store developer console states that a developer must not infringe on another’s intellectual property . If a property owner reports that a product is being sold without their permission, ONE store will suspend all sales of that product immediately.
How do I access the ONE store developer console after I register via UDP?
You can access the ONE store developer console directly at any time.
